More Battle Stuff

Battles now happen in real time even when you're not switching into a character that's in battle, this applies to your own time bar too. So you can switch out while your time bar is going down and switch back to continue fighting, I still haven't decided whether I'd have the character automatically fight back when he isn't being controlled.

Item menu is done for battles so items can be used in and out of battles now, making the core of the battle system pretty much finished. All that's left now is the "Specials", some proper ai for the enemies and having the battles be induced randomly.
